Navigating with your compass
To help you navigate your life’s journey, we start by identifying what matters most to you, where you hold yourself back, and what you are here for.

Redesigning your foundation
How you view fundamental constructs of life impacts your decision making. We redesign your relationships to self-worth, success, failure, etc.

Becoming your unique self
We deepen your understanding of who you uniquely are, where you can be influenced, and how your body's energy flows, for you to live authentically.

Transforming your decision making
We practice a decision making model that uses your body’s wisdom, while leveraging your mind’s processing power, to help you achieve your goals.

Building the chapters of your life
We explore your life chapters, who you want to become in 5 years, what you want to create, and how you want to impact humanity and the environment.

Developing key career skills in leadership & collaboration
We train on lifelong skills (e.g. building trust, recovering faster from stress, creating vision and strategy, managing stakeholders, resolving conflicts).
How do our Coaching sessions work?
Program: 6 months (the industry standard)
Session: 1 hour (recommended) or 30 minutes
Frequency: Biweekly, with email support between sessions
Location: Zoom​
I focus on you.

I ask you open-ended questions, e.g. “What values are getting stepped on here?”, and share my insights to empower you to deepen your self-awareness, let go of things that no longer serve you, and take on perspectives that enable you to fulfill your life purpose. I also train you on developing life skills.

First session: I coach you in discovering and honoring your values, and letting go of saboteurs - those parts of us that hold us back.​​

Next sessions: We coach on topics of your choice that help you reach your goals or that are driven by current events. You can choose from the program's focus areas. Example topics include deciding whether to leave your job, managing a challenging situation, navigating a health issue, resolving conflict with a colleague/family, or bringing joy into your life. ​​

At the end of a session: There are concrete actions that you can take to further your progress towards your goals.
